Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the device in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, cables, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technical team inspects the hardware and confirms it meets our return criteria, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
